In 2000 I had my first encounter with Debbie Ford's work through reading The Dark Side of the Light Chasers. To me it was like returning home and on a cellular level I knew I had found what I had been looking for my whole life. This led me to participate in my first Shadow Process held in Copenhagen and coming to San Diego to become a Master Integrative coach. It was the beginning of a personal journey transforming myself and my life in ways I didn't even dare dream of at that point.

I was at a time in my life when I had just been divorced, finished my university degree in environmental chemistry and realizing I couldn't see myself in that career any longer...I was good and ready to make some radical changes in my life. Starting out disconnected and lacking self confidence, I turned into the powerful, dynamic and happy person that I am today through the profound and transforming techniques of integrative coaching.

Having seen the power of this work and the profound impact it has had on me, it soon became my calling to deliver the same kind of transformation to other people.
