After spending the first 45 years of my life in search of something more I have now discovered everything was inside of me all along.

My search for love, truth, meaning and acceptance brought me to this extraordinary work where I have discovered how to live in a whole new way. My journey included teachings of many great leaders throughout the years, but nothing touched me at my core and taught me how to actually implement what I was learning until I found the work of Debbie Ford and Integrative Coaching.

For the past 25 years I have been married to a very patient and supportive husband. Together we have raised two daughters and two sons and our family has grown to now include one son-in-law and one adorable granddaughter.

Almost 20 years ago I quit my job as a nurse to stay home full-time and be a mom. I took on this new caretaker role with a lot of passion and devotion. My children took center stage and my life revolved around them and their various activities. I can honestly say I love being a mom and I thought nothing would ever bring me as much joy, and then I discovered Debbie Ford's work. Now I not only find joy in being a mom but I have found great joy in being me.

Along this path I read this quote by Carl Jung: "Nothing has a stronger influence psychologically on their environment and especially on their children than the unlived life of the parent."

This was a huge wake-up call for me. "Who would I be when the kids were gone" and "What was I really teaching my children?" My future looked terrifying to me if I continued down the same, all too familiar path.

This work has allowed me the gift of living my life and giving myself what I need. And it is the greatest gift I have given to my children and my husband in all these years. As I have permitted my wholeness to be discovered and nurtured I have silently given others permission to live their lives.
