I know what that rut feels like because I've been there too. Growing up, I appeared to have it all. Married to my high school sweetheart, Ivy-league education, successful career, three healthy children. When my 20-year relationship ended in divorce in 2001, there were times when I didn't know if I could move past the pain and loss. I had a choice to make: I could lick my wounds for another 20 years or find a way to use this life challenge to make a better life for myself. My choice was important because I had three young children counting on me.

Spiritual Divorce and integrative coaching showed me the way. I completed my coaching training in 2002 and have taken every single training program the Institute for Integrative Coaching has offered ever since. I'm a Master Integrative Coach, Teleclass Leader and the first Canadian to be certified as a Spiritual Divorce coach. In addition to working with my individual clients, I've helped to train hundreds of coaches as well through my roles as staff coach with the Institute and the program administrator for the first Spiritual Divorce coaching training program ever offered.
