For the past 24 years, my work as a Womens' Health nurse, educator and massage therapist have all naturally led me to use my gifts that I bring to my coaching. After years of taking care of others, not listening to myself and getting the same old results, it was Essentials Coaching that helped give me back my inner trust, a new framework, better planning skills, as well as more energy, joy, and self appreciation. And it helped me lose those proverbial last five pounds!

I know it is possible for you to give up self-limiting beliefs, live consciously, care for yourself and create a life that makes you jump out of bed in the morning because I have done it. My own experience of dramatic change and the power of the process so inspired me.
