I became aware of Debbie Ford's work through her book "The Dark Side of the Light Chasers." My first attempt to read the book failed, I put it down, I wasn't ready to take an honest look at myself. Months later, my daughter and I decided to go away for the weekend. We picked a date and for some reason Debbie Ford's Shadow Process workshop came to my mind as an option for our weekend. I checked out Debbie Ford's website to see if perhaps the Shadow Process was offered and, coincidently, it was. A decision was made to go to the Shadow Process in San Diego, California. Since that time, I have come to learn there really are no coincidences in our lives.

I began my emotional and spiritual journey with the Shadow Process in July of 2004.

My life has changed in so many positive ways. I have improved my relationship with my husband, my daughter, my family, my friends, and most importantly, with myself. I am a happier person, at peace with myself and I realize that every challenge brings the gift of growth. I've learned that I always have the choice to come from a place of empowerment each moment of each day.

Having completed Debbie Ford's Essentials Coaching program at JFK University, I am now a Certified Master Integrative Coach (CMIC) and a member of the International Association of Integrative Coaches (IAIC).
