Hi

I know how you are feeling and it is very difficult time for you and your children. I found I needed to find a safe way to let my anger out. I found a hill over looking town and I would rant and rave and get it all out of my system. The healing came from writing down the angry words I directed at myself. When I reviewed my words I uncovered my true fear of being unloveable. Once I identified my fear I then could start my journey of healing.
You need to realize you are going through the grieving cycle and you will experience anger, guilt, bargaining, depression and finnally acceptance. Each step gives us a message, brings us closer to healing and finnally building a life that honors who we are.
