Might I suggest the Debbie Ford series for the most unfortunate Spitzer family. My prayers go out to them all. After attending the shadow process at Omega Institute this fall with Debbie (highly recommended), I recall her saying something about how we all have our shadows, and hopefully we don't have to work them out as drastically, or at least as publicly, as Eliot.    The New Earth shifts.

Did you receive Debbie Ford's recent Shadow Blog (March 13)? In it she talks about "the dark side that exists not just within our elected officials but within every human being. Everything that we see in the outer world that disgusts us, enrages us, or horrifies us is a projection of our own shadow."
